What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading, inspiring, and motivating our amazing housekeeping and laundry team.

Making guest rooms, public spaces, and cottages shine with 5-star cleanliness.

Keeping laundry operations running smoother than a fresh-pressed sheet.

Training new staff to your impeccable standards (and maybe sharing a few folding hacks).

Supporting resort operations by ensuring every guest feels right at home.

Lending a hand during busy times — because team spirit is part of the magic!
What You Bring to the Team:

Leadership experience in housekeeping and/or laundry (hotel or resort experience is a bonus!)

A keen eye for detail — nothing escapes your radar.

Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to multitask and prioritize like a pro.
-
A love for teamwork, but the confidence to work independently too.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and those busy sunny resort days.
