Job Description
AIM Eco-Center is currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in St-Augustin, Quebec, Monday to Friday. The Scale Clerk plays an important role in weighing materials and providing customer service.
What you’re responsible for:

Greet customers
-
Weigh materials
-
Enter delivery slips into the software
-
Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed
-
Prepare shipping documents
-
Track material shipments
-
Prepare reports
Qualifications
To join our team:
-
You have solid experience in customer service.
-
You demonstrate a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.

You have a good knowledge of Excel and are comfortable with computer tools.

You are known for your thoroughness and attention to detail.

You are skilled with computer software and systems.
-
You excel at mental arithmetic and are comfortable with numbers.

You have experience in the transportation industry (an asset).
