About Our Client Our client in Toronto is looking for a new Maintenance Manager to join their team. What is important for them is that the person is a licensed 433A millwright and have previous experience as a Maintenance Manager while working for a company that manufactures wood products

Location: Toronto, Ontario. 100% On Site. Occasional off site travel may be required Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Vacancy Status: This is an active vacancy. Compensation : $110,000 - $130,000 per year Working Hours : 530am – 2pm. Weekend work could be required on occasion

Responsibilities Manage a team of 5 unionized tradespeople Lead an manage all maintenance operations. This would include preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Work with production to coordinate maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime Manage maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion

Minimum Requirements A valid 433A Millwright license Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager Experience working at a manufacturing site that manufactures wood products Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Experience with CMMS
