About the Job We are hiring a Client Account Manager to join our team in partnership with one of the fastest-growing companies in social media: Pinterest! In this role, you’ll support our client’s Enterprise Sales Team with account management activities and play an instrumental role in driving the success of their advertising solutions. Annual Base Salary at CAD $75,000.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document) Partner & Client Management Build and nurture strategic partnerships by supporting campaign performance, optimizations, and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to achieve partner goals. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and proactively advocating for solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes. Support client engagements by deeply understanding business objectives and delivering tailored, consultative solutions for shared success.

PreSales and Strategic Planning (Executed at the direction of client account managers & sellers) Contribute to RFPs, participate in client meetings, and conduct account planning and research with project managers. Develop media plans and campaign strategies using internal tools and data for sizing, targeting, budget, and the right measurement approach. Align partner objectives to platform best practices and measurement strategy. SFDC pipeline creation and management for upsell and expansion opportunities.

Campaign Setup, Management, and Optimization Define campaign programs, support kick-off calls, and manage creative asset review and approval. Create bulk sheets and keyword lists for campaign launches. Support the measurement team to set up studies, track campaigns, and effectively communicate performance to clients. Oversee campaign setup, ensuring all delivery requirements are met, custom schedules, and Deal Review approval. Optimize campaigns with Pinterest tools, driving conversions through retargeting, high-intent targeting, and data-driven adjustments. Work across paid, owned, and earned media channels to maximize campaign efficiency and impact.

Strategic Growth and Data Insights Understand partner goals, translating data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to guide successful campaign strategy. Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote Pinterest products, expan client partnerships, and drive incremental revenue and ad spend growth. Leverage client budgets and market insights to deepen overall client engagement on Pinterest.

Performance Tracking & Reporting Take ownership of regular reporting: deliver trackers to monitor pacing and performance changes and provide visibility into live campaigns through weekly and end-of-campaign reports. Ensure all reporting aligns with agreed-upon KPIs and deliverable expectations, clearly communicating performance insights to internal teams and partners. Job Requirements: 2-3 years experience in marketing, advertising, Enterprise or the digital industry. Experience in search, display, customer data, and ads measurement. Excellent analytical skills, with a clear ability to optimize and upsell media campaigns based on media performance across paid, owned, and earned channels. Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with business and marketing leaders within client or agency organizations; existing relationships are a plus. Proven track record of leveraging client budgets to drive broadened engagement and increased ad spend on platform. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey information clearly to diverse audiences. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
