The Role

Working as a member in the supply chain management (SCM) department, you will be part of a high functioning professional team.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the procurement of materials, equipment and services required in operation of Cameco’s EPCM project.

  • Assisting on major equipment spare parts information verification; Inventory analysis; material master number setup in SAP.

  • Attesting contracts invoices.

  • Updating procurement processes and procedures.

  • Building training material for EPCM project procurement.

Required:

  • Currently enrolled in third or fourth year as a university student in business/commerce, computer science or related field.

  • Strong aptitude for computer applications such as databases or Excel.

  • Ability to evaluate alternatives and look for improvement opportunities.

Recommended:

  • Knowledge in SAP will be preferred.

This is a 4-month full-time temporary student term, starting May 2026 to Aug 2026. Possibility for extension will be discussed during the time of interview.
