As a member of the Risk and Compliance team theRisk Analyst - Assuranceplays a key role in protecting and safeguarding NCU’s assets by supporting the design, coordination, and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role provides value-added guidance to strengthen the design, implementation, and effectiveness of internal controls across the organization. This position is responsible for facilitating enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring risks are proactively managed and aligned with organizational objectives.
Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Post secondary education in accounting, audit, or business-related discipline or equivalent work experience

3-5 years’ experience in risk management, internal audit or compliance.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

An understanding of enterprise risk management, assurance and internal controls in the financial industry would be considered an asset.

Salary Range:$54,860 - $61,718
