We’re looking for the right people to join our all-star team who will immediately fit in with some of the best midstream cybersecurity professionals in our industry. We’re looking for:

What you’ll do:
Here is a sample for some of what your workdays may look like:
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to monitor network, endpoint, and cloud activity for potential security threats, anomalies, and policy violations.
- Investigate security incidents promptly, coordinate response actions, and document findings.
- Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
- Develop, maintain, and promote best practices and policies for information security across the organization.
- Conduct threat intelligence research to identify and anticipate emerging risks.
- Perform regular risk assessments and security reviews to proactively address weaknesses.
- Coordinate, organize, and participate in tabletop exercises to validate incident response plans.
- Evaluate security practices and risks associated with third-party vendors and partners.
- Assist with scheduling, preparation, and facilitation of security assessments, compliance reviews, and regulatory audits.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operational teams on projects to ensure security requirements are met.
- Lead phishing simulation campaigns, provide targeted training, and partner with Communications to deliver effective security awareness content.
- Work with stakeholders to continuously enhance the organization’s security culture.

What you bring:
Required
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT or Engineering, with a strong background in infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, automation engineering, or electrical engineering, and a recent focus on cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience in security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat analysis.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and MITRE ATT&CK, with the ability to apply them in threat detection, analysis, and incident response.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks.
- Take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Proficiency with security tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Defender suite, Armis, and threat intelligence platforms.
