**Summary:**The Delivery Helper assists the delivery driver in transporting bakery ingredients, supplies, and products to customer locations. This role involves loading and unloading products, ensuring accurate deliveries, and supporting safe and efficient delivery operations while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading bakery products, ingredients, and supplies.
• Help verify orders and ensure correct items and quantities are delivered to customers.
• Safely handle and transport products to prevent damage.
• Assist with navigating delivery routes and communicating with customers when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck.
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers during deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
