We areseekingan experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join theDigital Workplace Solutions DeliveryTeam within the Lenovo Services Solutions Group (SSG).
This role willresidewithin the North America Project Management Office. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forleading the successful execution of complex projectsin accordance withquality standards, while ensuring client satisfaction.The Project Manager will play a pivotal role,maintainingeffective communication betweenour clients andinternal teams including Presales, Sales, Fulfillment,
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.
- Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressinginquiriesand providing regular project updates.
- Identifyand mitigate project risks, proactively addressingissuesand implementing resolution strategiesto ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to projectmanagementbest practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, ora relatedfield.
- Proven experience (7+ years) inacustomer-facing projectmanager role managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP,or equivalent project management certification.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
The base salary range budgeted for this position is CAD $70,000 – $85,000 annually. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
