We areseekingan experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join theDigital Workplace Solutions DeliveryTeam within the Lenovo Services Solutions Group (SSG).

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.
• Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressinginquiriesand providing regular project updates.
• Identifyand mitigate project risks, proactively addressingissuesand implementing resolution strategiesto ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to projectmanagementbest practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, ora relatedfield.
• Proven experience (7+ years) inacustomer-facing projectmanager role managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.

• PMP,or equivalent project management certification.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
