We are seeking a technically skilled and strategically minded individual to support and evolve our innovation platform and processes. This role blends tactical development, user experience design, and stakeholder engagement to support and scale innovation practices across the organization. The successful candidate will join the team to serve as the primary business support of the innovation platform, ensuring its technical robustness and usability, and support business stakeholders in leveraging the platform for innovation activities. This includes tactical development, UI/UX design, integration of AI tools to enhance platform capabilities, and support business stakeholders in the planning and execution process of innovation activities leveraging the platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the business deployment, ongoing enhancement and maintenance of an enterprise innovation platform, including front-end and back-end components.
• Design and implement UI/UX improvements to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Work with tech team to develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and PowerApps to support innovation workflows.
• Work with tech team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to configure innovation activities on the platform, following established playbooks and best practices.
• Guide planning and execution of innovation events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance platform capabilities, including automation, analytics, and intelligent recommendations.
• Maintain documentation and version control for platform updates and enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between the innovation team and business partners across the bank to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
• Create documentation to ensure the supportability of analyses and platform enhancements.
• Provide analytical support and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Support innovation culture-building programs and monitor iteration and testing of innovation tools and measurements.
• Support change management programs, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, and sustainment of initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with tactical development, including debugging, patching, and iterative enhancement.
- Experience in full-stack web development (front-end and back-end).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and PowerApps.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous environments to lead initiatives and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience lending or supporting innovation programs or digital transformation initiatives.
- Modeling experience or exposure to data visualization and process mapping tools.
- Exposure to AI tools and their application in business platforms is an asset.
