We are looking for an organized, proactive, and fashion-passionate individual to support the growth of our Corporate Sales and Uniforms division .
As a Corporate Sales Coordinator , you will play a key role in the daily management of operations — overseeing orders, coordinating between clients and the sales team, supporting sales representatives, and contributing to the development of new business partnerships. This position combines customer service, logistics, and business development in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike.
What you’ll do:
Provide and maintain excellent after-sales service for corporate clients;
Follow up on appointments and participate in client meetings as needed;
Assist sales representatives during client fitting sessions;
Coordinate the order process, from purchase to shipment tracking;
Support the corporate sales representatives in their daily activities;
Update databases, client files, quotes, and related documents;
Develop and coordinate marketing tools and materials for the division.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum one year of experience in administration or sales;
Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, as you will interact with clients in both languages;
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Canva (or PowerPoint);
Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
