Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Innovation & New Product Development, the Innovation/NPD Manager will play an important role on the agile innovation/NPD team, overseeing project management for all line extensions across our 3 production facilities. This role is responsible for working collaboratively with cross functional teams through: feasibility assessment, financial assessments, product development, customer sell in, demand planning and all the elements of the go-to-market bundle. This role will Project Manage each line extension to launch. This is a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the project management of all line extensions, ensuring the necessary cross functional connections points are in place (meetings, trackers, updates, etc).
- Lead and document meetings, leveraging strong organization, communication and influence skills, to ensure projects are progressing on time and roles and responsibilities are clear.
- Work pro-actively to identify and remove roadblocks to avoid delays and ensure key deliverables are met.
- Provide detailed project management support for more complex projects, through to go-to-market strategy (inclusive of external agency timelines)
- Create standardized project management timelines and tools to support Innovation/NPD team in managing lower complexity projects.
What You Bring
- University Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 10 years relevant business experience in a combination of innovation/NPD and project management roles
- Experience in leading diverse, cross functional teams, working on complicated projects
- “Can-do” attitude, demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve in challenging situations
- Excellent collaboration skills working with a broad range of cross-functional partners and providing support at all levels to resolve conflicts and issues
- Strong leadership, influence & negotiation skills necessary to support change management Resilient and persistent, comfortable with ambiguity and managing through adversity
- Passion for Wine and WSET (an asset)
Compensation : Budgeted Range – $101,35500 - $131,165.00 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
