Salary and Benefits: $26.99 - $31.57 per hour - According to education and experience.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent diploma
- Post secondary courses or equivalent experience
- Typing and computer data entry skills
- Understanding of accounting and a working knowledge of computer accounting applications would be considered an asset
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Preparation and processing of purchase orders from requisition to final payment ensuring proper coding, accurate data entry, and proper documentation and authorization

Maintain and reconcile ledgers for reimbursement requests ensuring proper authorization, documentation and accounting allocations
-
Process invoices for payment, ensuring proper approval is in place before processing payment
-
Assist with secretarial duties and special projects as required
-
Other duties as assigned by the finance manager
