Purpose of the role
Under the Finance Department and under the responsibility of the Business Process, and Inventory Control Manager the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of data in the various systems over the entire life cycle of each item.
Key responsibilities
- Enter invoices from various inventory valuation points into the system;
- Validate valuation data in the system;
- Analyze cost variances in the system, if applicable;
- Support the manager and team in carrying out any other related tasks;
- Perform inventory corrections at the request of analysts;
- Monitor the flow of transactions through operational systems;
- Ensure regular cleanup of certain interfaces;
- Support the manager and team in carrying out any other related tasks.

- Analytical mindset: You know how to break down information with nuance, ask the right questions, and draw relevant conclusions to guide decisions.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail: You are known for your precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work from start to finish.
- Energy and flexibility: You demonstrate energy and adaptability in your day-to-day work, adjusting your priorities with ease according to needs.
- Adaptability in a changing environment: You are comfortable in a constantly evolving context and know how to navigate change effectively while staying on course.
Requirements
- Diploma in a related field;
- Experience in the retail and/or fashion industry (a plus);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Bilingual in both spoken and written French and English (the candidate will be responsible for creating advertising campaigns for the Canadian market).
