About the role

Job Summary Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leaders, managing schedules, communications, and project follow-up. Maintain efficient office operations while handling confidential information with discretion. Number of Positions 3 Main Duties Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders. Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and handle related logistics and expense reconciliation. Screen and prioritize incoming inquiries, redirecting requests and following up on action items as required. Coordinate and support meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, venue setup, and technology needs. Maintain organized records and confidential files, ensuring information security and accessibility. Requirements Post-secondary diploma in office administration, business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years experience providing executive-level administrative support. Proficiency with office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and calendar systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple competing demands. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional judgment.
