This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, user experience, and real-world operational impact. You will design end-to-end digital experiences that help organizations running critical physical operations improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability at scale. Working across web and mobile platforms, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to uncover user needs and translate them into intuitive, high-impact solutions. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with strong emphasis on experimentation, iteration, and measurable outcomes. You will be expected to influence product direction while delivering polished, scalable design systems that support complex workflows across multiple industries. Accountabilities: Lead the design of complex, high-impact product initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring seamless end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define strategy, scope, and execution for key product areas. Conduct and synthesize customer research to validate assumptions, identify pain points, and inform design decisions. Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive interaction and visual design solutions. Produce high-quality prototypes, workflows, and final designs that clearly communicate product intent and user value. Influence product direction by contributing to strategic discussions and advocating for user-centered design principles. Mentor other designers and contribute to raising the overall design quality and culture within the team. Embed customer feedback throughout the design lifecycle to continuously improve usability and impact. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UX/UI for web and mobile applications. Proven expertise in interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end product thinking. Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable impact, design craft, and problem-solving ability (required). Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma Make or similar) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency. Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and deliver designs that drive meaningful user and business outcomes. Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional product teams. Comfortable engaging directly with customers for research, validation, and iterative design feedback. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities and high ownership expectations.
