Foundation Building Materials (FBM), is currently seeking an experienced, flexible, and self-directed, detail-oriented Effective Price Management (EPM) Administrator to support our Ontario Branches.

Position Overview

EPM Administrators are the masterful problem-solvers and are capable of multi-tasking while successfully maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction to both external and internal customers.

Essential EPM Administrator Functions/Qualifications/Education:

The EPM Administrator provides a wide range of high-level, confidential administrative support services for branch management and staff to support overall success of the branch. The primary responsibilities include such tasks as preparing reports, product management in the system, price management, order management, rebate program management, supplier claims, and coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff. Privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships within the Branch departments.
  • Facilitate and collaborate with leaders across the Branches.
  • Ensure pricing and order controlling features are accurate across the region.
  • Ensure invoicing has correct pricing.
  • Calculate and process monthly rebates.
  • Resolve discrepancies on any vendor invoices.
  • Provides support for other Branch management, Departments, and staff.
  • Process and track all promotional items.
  • Completes critical aspects of daily and monthly administrative needs with a hands-on approach
  • Handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Must be efficient, organized, and resourceful
  • Flexible, able to establish priorities and juggle competing tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with many different people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Must have 3+ years of Office Admin/Management supporting Branch staff in a fast-paced environment

  • After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
