WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Total Rewards Coordinator is a Full time permanent position that will be located in person at the Calgary Head office and will provide critical administrative, logistical, and analytical support across Total Rewards and broader Human Resources functions. This role is designed to help sustain and scale HR initiatives by supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating project activities, managing data and documentation, and ensuring consistent processes across key HR workstreams.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Responsibilities:
1. Total Rewards & Engagement Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of total rewards activities, including compensation programs, surveys, and annual review processes.
- Support logistics for engagement sessions, and other employee feedback mechanisms.
- Compile and analyze employee survey and compensation data to inform reports, presentations, and program enhancements.
2. Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and maintain HR data for reporting and analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, compensation benchmarking).
3. Process & Documentation Maintenance
- Maintain HR templates, calendars, timelines, and procedural documentation.
- Support creation and maintenance of HR processes.
4. Communications & Presentation Support
- Assist in drafting internal HR communications (i.e., emails, FAQs).
- Create and format presentation materials and visual aids for internal briefings and leadership updates.
5. Project Coordination
- Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables for key HR projects.
- Support coordination between stakeholders across Total Rewards, HRBPs, and other departments.
- Assist with documentation, follow-up, and status reporting for ongoing initiatives.
6. Cross-Functional HR Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to other HR functions as needed, including:
- Talent acquisition scheduling or documentation support
- Employment lifecycle change documentation and administrative support
- Learning and development logistics
- HRIS data entry or system auditing
- Employee onboarding or offboarding tasks
- Reporting and tracking data
- Act as a flexible team member, stepping in to assist where administrative or coordination capacity is needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or analyst role.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with demonstrated professional maturity and judgment to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data sets and create visuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and solutions focus.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
