Job Title: Epic Orders Analyst
Location: Remote with onsite travel required 1 week/month and during go-live events (Canada)

Project Overview
This opportunity is part of a large-scale Epic implementation in Canada, spanning over 200 locations and 20,000+ end users across a northeastern province. The project replaces multiple legacy systems and features a significant data conversion scope.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Orders Analyst to support order build work across various clinical areas. This role is critical to ensuring order workflows—including medications, labs, imaging, and procedures—are accurately built, tested, and deployed to support clinical care across a broad healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure orders, order sets, and related workflows in Epic Orders
- Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, and informatics teams to support safe and efficient ordering practices
- Validate orders, order sets, decision support rules, and related logic through testing and stakeholder feedback
- Provide onsite support for go-live events and key project milestones
- Participate in troubleshooting, post-live issue resolution, and ongoing optimization as needed
Qualifications
- Epic Orders certification required
- 5+ years of experience preferred in Epic Orders, including order set and workflow build
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and decision support capabilities in Epic
- Experience working with Canadian healthcare clients preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within large project teams
Travel Requirements
- 1 week of onsite travel per month required during build and validation phases
- Onsite presence mandatory for go-live support
