- Analyzing and mapping selected cross-functional administrative processes, focusing on workflows and tasks;
- Identifying low value-added tasks, friction points, and critical dependencies;
- Exploring various automation support scenarios, including the use of artificial intelligence agents or assistants, more traditional automation approaches, as well as process or organizational adjustments;
- Highlighting potential gains, limitations, and associated risks, whether human, operational, or ethical;
- Contributing to decision-level reflections to help inform upcoming strategic choices.

- Is currently pursuing studies in Computer Science;
