Role: Multimedia Designer
Location: Vancouver, BC
About the role: OLIVER is hiring a Multimedia Designer to join our team. this role will work closely with the account team and copywriter to create content for our client in the B2B tech industry.
What you will be doing:
- Designing B2B marketing material in both print and digital workspaces.
- Conceptualize, develop and produce collaboratively with the account and creative team
- Support the build and update brand guidelines to exacting standards
- Work as a brand guardian and advisor to internal and external teams
- Liaise with clients when necessary
What you need to be great in this role:
- A proven track record in both print and digital media design including animation/motion graphics and video work.
- 5+years of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and Adobe Animate.
- Thorough understanding of photography/videography and editing
- Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
- The aptitude to learn new software and programs efficiently and effectively
- A keen eye for visual details and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Brilliant communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Solutions-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Confidence to explain and support your thinking, both internally and externally
- Flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients
- Resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $85,000.00 CAD to $95,000.00 CAD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
