Key Responsibilities Edit UGC-style video advertisements for paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels. Design supporting graphic assets including typography treatments, overlays, statics, thumbnails, and visual elements for video content. Collaborate closely with creative strategists to understand campaign objectives and execute against creative briefs. Interpret scripts, concepts, and creative direction into polished, performance-driven video assets. Review footage, select strong moments, and structure narratives that maximize engagement and retention. Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative to platform-specific best practices. Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute new ideas, editing techniques, and visual approaches. Incorporate feedback efficiently while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Stay current with trends in social media, UGC advertising, motion design, and video editing. Organize project files and maintain efficient workflows throughout production.

What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion design, graphic design, or a related creative role preferred. Strong portfolio showcasing UGC editing, motion design, and graphic design work. Portfolio required to be considered. Experience creating content for social media advertising and direct-response marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and retention-focused editing techniques. Strong graphic design skills with the ability to support static ad development, create compelling visual concepts, and develop graphic-led motion assets, GIF-style animations, and visual storytelling elements that enhance creative performance. Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Ability to receive and implement feedback while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude. Passion for social media, creative testing, and performance-driven creative.

Bonus: Strong graphic design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy. Familiarity with AI-powered creative, design, and video production tools. Comfortable exploring and implementing AI-driven workflows that improve production efficiency, accelerate ideation, and support the creation of high-performing creative assets.
