PRIMARY RESPONSIBILIT IESOperational Strategy & Reliabil ityAsset Ownership: Own total plant maintenance, reliability, and long-term asset strategy, balancing daily operational execution with future reliability planni ng.Uptime Optimization: Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to systematically improve equipment uptime and optimize operational cos ts.Execution & Outages: Take full ownership of maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and external contractor performan ce.Business Integration: Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to support capital planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and overall business resul ts.Safety & Team Leaders hipSafety Culture: Lead by example to cultivate a world-class safety culture, setting the standard for safety leadership and strict regulatory complian ce.Team Development: Coach, manage, and elevate a skilled maintenance and engineering workfor ce.Mentorship: Actively mentor engineers, supervisors, and high-potential employees to build a strong pipeline of future leade
