About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations and corporate services for our Canada office. The ideal candidate will coordinate facilities, vendors, billing, office administration, and work closely with teams across Canada, the US, and India. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and facility coordination. Liaise with property management, vendors, and contractors. Support office upkeep, customer visits, meetings, and internal events. Handle office billing and administrative activities. Coordinate with Corporate Services teams in the US and India. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards. Support office moves, space planning, and emergency response activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in Office Administration, Corporate Services, Facilities, or Business Coordination. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams.
