About the role
Votre Mission :
Agir à titre d'analyste d'affaires et de données au sein du projet ESG (Environnement, Social et Gouvernance). Vous soutiendrez l'équipe dans la compréhension, la définition et la documentation des besoins d'affaires et de données, en faisant le pont entre les parties prenantes et l'équipe de livraison technique.
Vos Responsabilités:
- Analyse : Éliciter, clarifier et documenter les besoins d'affaires et les exigences de données.
- Collaboration : Travailler étroitement avec le Product Owner (PO), les experts ESG et les équipes d'architecture/développement.
- Documentation : Produire des processus, règles d'affaires, cas d'utilisation et flux d'information avec précision.
- Facilitation : Animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes pour identifier les interdépendances et les enjeux.
- Qualité & Tests : Participer à la stratégie de tests, à l'exécution et à l'automatisation des tests (QA).
- Implantation : Assurer que les solutions technologiques répondent aux objectifs globaux du projet.
Votre Équipe :
Vous ferez partie d'une équipe projet dédiée à l'implantation de nouvelles solutions ESG, travaillant dans un environnement Agile (Scrum) hautement collaboratif.
Prérequis:
- Éducation : Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum 5 ans en analyse d'affaires et de données dans une organisation complexe.
- Technique : Expérience avec les flux de données, les intégrations inter-systèmes et les plateformes analytiques.
- Cloud & Outils : Connaissance d'AWS et des outils Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
- Méthodologie : Expérience concrète en environnement Agile.
- Atouts : Expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou sur des projets réglementaires.
