What is the opportunity?
The individual will be responsible for working closely with IC Teams, Middle and back office, and regional representatives from PH&N Front Office to ensure adherence to the standards, policies, procedures, rules and tools used in the group. The individual will work with Senior Manager Business Enablement and Strategic Initiatives, and VP, Business Operations to standardize best practices in the development and maintenance of client onboarding processing activities, and will maintain up to date operating procedures, and assist with training, change management, and day to day questions from the field.
What will you do?
- Serves as a direct support resource for front office teams on quantitative or technical matters related to client related activities.
- Raises and tracks project issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalates to appropriate level where required.
- Identifies operational gaps and makes suggestions to management for improvement. Supports assigned initiatives in developing near term and long-term business plans, strategies.
- Review, research, analyze and document client/stakeholder issues. Identify, track and resolve business system issues and inquires.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Communicates support needs and engages these groups in support of project execution. Collaborates with colleagues across the organization as required.
- Consistently seeks to contribute to an environment of continuous improvement and Collaboration by identifying operational and tactical risks/issues and recommending and implementing business resolution using the appropriate methodology across RBC WM Platforms.
- Assist in managing change management implications of specific projects across the PH&N branch network
- Creating and managing reports

- Ability to work on assignments of moderate scope, impact, and/or importance.
- Ability to apply knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth technical/operational knowledge of related RBC systems and Microsoft applications/tools
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, under pressure and tight deadlines to maintain a superior level of service
- Partner service focused, with a concern for order and quality
Nice-to-have:
- Effective communicates and can build rapport with management, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Be a team player by proactively sharing best practices with other team members.
- Ability to embrace organizational change at an individual and team level.
- Prior experience managing escalations and effectively prioritizing inquires.
