About the Role
We’re looking for a structured, strategic, and execution-focused Influence Manager to help us scale our influencer marketing operations across multiple accounts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for turning creative strategy into operational excellence managing campaigns from sourcing and negotiation to performance reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Influence and cross-department stakeholders (Performance, Creative, CRM) to ensure that influencer activations are timely, high-impact, and fully aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Campaign Execution & Strategy Translation
You’ll lead the execution of influencer campaigns from gifting, paid collaborations, and performance-driven activations. You’ll ensure that all campaign briefs, approval processes, and timelines are respected and optimized for impact.
2. Influencer Relationship Management & Sourcing
You’ll own the sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and management of influencer relationships. Whether it’s negotiating contracts or managing a large creator pool, you’ll ensure all collaborations are strategic, scalable, and performance-aligned.
3. Performance Insight & Optimization
You’ll track KPIs such as EMV, engagement, conversions, and ROI. You’ll know what’s working, what’s not, and why developing insight-led strategies to improve results and lower acquisition costs through smarter influencer deployment.
4. Team Leadership & Workflow Management
You’ll manage our Influence Coordinators, drive internal process improvements, and implement scalable workflows for campaign tracking, creator onboarding, and reporting. You’ll ensure accuracy, clarity, and speed across the team’s output.
5. Innovation & Market Awareness
You’ll stay ahead of platform updates, creator trends, and market shifts testing new models (e.g., retainer programs, UGC creator loops, performance-based partnerships) and embedding best practices into your team’s execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- You have 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing within an agency or growth-focused environment.
- You combine strong operational discipline with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- You understand what makes a creator perform and how to build systems around that insight.
- You’ve managed complex campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- You’re comfortable working across functions , aligning with Creative and Paid Media teams to ensure impact.
- You’re fluent in the tools of structure: Asana, spreadsheets, CRMs, and influencer databases .
