Description
Southwest Horizon School Division is accepting applications for a 0.20 FTE Term OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST for the 2026-2027 school year.
Effective September 8, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
As a member of the Student Services Team, the successful candidate will support students, families and schools in a variety of ways using a collaborative and consultative model.
The successful applicant will provide services to children from Kindergarten to age 21 who attends school in Southwest Horizon School Division, being responsible for screening, assessment, therapeutic interventions and program planning and monitoring for children on caseload.
Working under the direction of the Superintendent and Student Services Coordinator, the Occupational Therapist will provide services in a consultative/collaborative model with staff and parents, joining a team of Southwest Horizon clinical service providers in a multidisciplinary approach to supporting learners and school teams.
The successful applicant must be a graduate from an accredited or approved university OT program, be eligible for and have a license to practice as an OT in the province of Manitoba through the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba.
