Position Summary Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, Business Development, Quebec, you will be responsible for implementing sales and client retention policies and strategies for the Corporate Accounts business unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the analysis of bids and the development of a financial strategy in this market segment
- Plan and follow up on representation activities with the group insurance consulting firms assigned to you
- Analyze and negotiate renewals and follow-up on existing clients files assigned to you
- Work with Consultants/Advisors, Plan Sponsors and Internal Operations to provide exceptional service that meets or exceeds client expectations
- Follow-up on the processing of requests from plan administrators and consultants
- Promote our products and services to clients and consultants
- Develop an effective mode of communication with all internal departments and maintain quality professional relations with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- AMF certification
- Five to ten years’ experience in group insurance
- Very good knowledge of the group insurance market and health services; ability to stand out in the development, growth and management of a business block
- MS-Office Suite, SalesForce
- In order to meet the needs of English-speaking clients, this position requires bilingualism

The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs.
