The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Support Clerk to provide essential support to our Revenue Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate entry of financial transactions, maintaining up-to-date financial records, and assisting with various administrative and clerical tasks. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring the smooth processing of revenue-related data and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

The Role Reporting To The Assis t Ant Revenue Manager , You Add Value And Are Energized By Key Areas Of Oversight Such As

  • Enter ing transactional financial data into the RAPS (Revenue Audit Processing) system for the fleet , veri fying revenue figures , and anal ysing supporting documentation for accuracy;
  • Processing revenue ticket adjustments;
  • Processing and reconcil ing manual bank deposits and bank changes;
  • Creat ing and maintain ing various Excel spreadsheets;
  • Updat ing Negative Card List for Commercial and Travel Card customers;
  • Provid ing administrative clerical support to the department as required .

What You Bring To The Team

  • Successful completion of High School Education (Grade 12)
  • Completion of basic level accounting courses would be beneficial
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume Financial Operations Department in a computerized environment
  • Ability to multi-task and handle rapidly changing priorities
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
