Client Details
Site Superintendent - Multifamily Residential - Calgary Our client is a major low and mid-rise residential developer based in Calgary. The organisation builds a combination of Single homes, Stacked town homes and Mid-rise apartment complexes, Description Site Superintendent - Multifamily Residential - Calgary The Site Superintendent, Multi-Family is responsible for providing on-site coordination for all phases of Multi-Family, stacked Town and Apartment construction projects. Coordinating work directed in the field, you will ensure specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
Essential Functions
Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure on-time completion. Perform quality control duties regarding the work being performed. Communicate with project team regarding Change Orders. Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work. Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution. Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite. Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team. Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future scheduling. Establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction. Schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed. Ensure all safety documentation is completed and enforce safety on site. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Site Superintendent - Multifamily Residential - Calgary Required Skills & Experience 5+ years site superintendent experience High volume Multi residential or Single Home construction experience Experience managing multiple residential project builds at once Thorough knowledge of construction scheduling and trade scopes. Ability to read and interpret documents such as IFC drawings, site instructions, contracts, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Experience in four-storey wood frame construction would be a distinct advantage.
Job Offer
A basic salary of $115,000 plus bonus incentives up to $35,000 - $40,000 per annum.
Company vehicle or $1000 vehicle allowance per month
Total comp approximately $160,000 per annum Health,Dental and Vision insurance
