Tool & Equipment Delivery Driver

Downright Demolition Ltd. is a leading interior demolition contractor serving Edmonton and the surrounding area. We work on commercial, residential, and institutional projects and are known for running organized, professional job sites.
We’re looking for areliable Tool & Equipment Delivery Driverto support our crews in the field. This role is responsible for ensuring our teams have the tools, equipment, and materials they need to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities- Deliver tools, equipment, and materials to job sites across Edmonton and surrounding areas - Safely operate a1-ton company truck while towing equipment trailers- Load, secure, transport, and unload tools and demolition equipment - Pick up equipment and unused materials from completed or active projects - Assist with loading and unloading demolition equipment and supplies - Maintain organization of tools, consumables, and equipment at our shop - Track deliveries and pickups to ensure crews receive the correct equipment - Perform basic inspections and maintenance on tools before sending them to site - Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to support job site needs - Keep company vehicles clean, fueled, and properly maintained

Requirements- ValidClass 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record- Experience towing trailers with a 1-ton truck (required)- Ability to safely load, secure, and transport tools and equipment - Ability to lift and move heavy tools and materials - Comfortable working around active construction sites - Strong organization and time-management skills - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an asset

Schedule- Monday to Friday - Occasional early mornings or extended hours depending on project needs

Mosaic was founded in 2016 in a storage shed in West Edmonton. From small and humble beginnings with just two vans and no running water, the organization has grown to a staff of over 80, dozens of vehicles, and franchisees from coast to coast.

In 2020 (pre-covid), Mosaic began franchising some of the brands under their corporate umbrella in an attempt to grow their footprint. Since then they have added dozens of new locations across the country, and have grown significantly as a result. At it's core, this growth is driven by the same thing that allowed the organization to expand locally - a keen focus on a simple customer buying experience.
