About the role
Title : Ancillary Revenue Analyst
Reports To : Senior Manager Revenue & Operations Support
Position Summary : The Ancillary Revenue Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Ancillary Partnerships and Business Development team, focusing on revenue-related processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Oversee initial setup and maintenance of all commercial parking contracts in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This includes but is not limited to:

Setting up new contracts.

Terminating expired contracts.

Updating monthly rent amounts based on income statements.
-
Adjusting future rent conditions based on historical revenue trends
-
Prepare and maintain monthly accounts receivable (A/R) and revenue schedules for commercial parking operations.

Review accounts receivable and generate monthly reports on unpaid rents.

Preparing and distributing reports and presenting findings. Communicate the next steps with operations and Ancillary Partnerships and Business Development teams for what needs to be done and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.

Support the Ancillary Partnerships and Business Development team in revenue-related activities.

Conduct and lead quarterly and annual parking audits to validate inventory accuracy in SAP.

Input adjustments in SAP for the annual commercial CAM recovery process.

Manage contracts in SAP for bulk lease partners.

Support the Ancillary Partnerships and Business Development team in revenue-related activities as required

Undertake additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in Accounting, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- 2+ years of revenue management experience, including lease corrections and SAP lease administration.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable (A/R) reporting and collections.
- Experience validating ancillary processes, such as parking inventory and locker audits.
- Familiarity with residential leasing procedures; prior revenue experience is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
- SAP experience is considered an asset.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
