Who You'll Work With

The Director of Account Manager will work closely with the various Operations teams, as well as other stakeholders throughout the business (Product, Marketing, finance, technology, etc.) as needed to act as the lead representative of the Account Management team, and the voice of the customer.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Head of Growth and Commercial Operations, the Director of Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a group of key customer relationships of Kii Health, across all service lines. This will include contributing to sales presentations, implementation of new customers, and ongoing management of customers across Canada. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of customers in a variety of settings, acting as a senior representative of the company, and the point of escalation for our existing customers. In addition, the Director will help create the strategic planning process to drive the growth or complimentary services (cross/up sell). This position is full time, permanent.

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and continuously grow an in-depth product knowledge of Kii Health Services to be able to generate creative ideas and solutions for customers and assist with Operational program delivery where needed
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct sales and training/orientation presentations to all stakeholders, where needed
  • Establish the strategic opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell existing customers
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to your team, helping them manage and grow their book of customers
  • Provide regular reporting to customers on program KPI’s and recommendations for optimizing outcomes
  • Provide book of business data and analytics to the Executive Leadership Team as required

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 7-10 years experience in client / key account management, demonstrating progression throughout your career and experience leading teams in a matrixed and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, occupational health, absence management or assessment industries.
  • Ability to balance the needs of the business with the needs of the customer
  • Methodically responsive, detail focused, and highly organized.
  • Familiar use of MS Office suite of products and common CRM platforms.
  • Past experience working closely with medical professionals.

What You Need to Stand Out

  • Knowledge/Experience with complex and demanding customers for healthcare needs
  • Being bi-lingual is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer growth, using a consultative approach

  • Comfort leading a team, while also being an individual contributor
  • Demonstrated agility and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including preparing and delivery of presentations
  • Ability to clearly define and articulate requirements, priorities, impacts, and solutions
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills (able to review results / situations and determine follow-up plans.
  • Passion for creating top quality work in an innovative atmosphere
