DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Relevant du Directeur des ventes, le coordonnateur aux ventes joue un rôle clé dans le soutien et l’accélération des activités de l’équipe de vente en prenant en charge l’ensemble des tâches administratives, de coordination et de support aux ventes.

Ce rôle agit comme un centre opérationnel entre les ventes, le service & installations, les finances et le client, assurant une exécution fluide tout au long du cycle de vente.

Le coordonnateur aux ventes opère avec un haut niveau d’autonomie et est responsable de réduire les frictions dans le processus de vente, permettant ainsi aux représentants de se concentrer sur la relation client et la conclusion des ventes.

Ce rôle inclut la recherche de prospects, la préqualification, ainsi que le soutien à la performance des ventes grâce à l’analyse de données, la production de rapports et une communication efficace avec les clients et les équipes internes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the sales team by handling day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks;

  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal Sales communications, lead management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution across the sales and delivery process.;

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the CRM (accounts, contacts, opportunities, orders);

  • Create and maintain customer accounts, and ensure all related information is complete and accurate;

  • Manage and organize incoming leads by identifying the right contacts using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn navigator;

  • Prepare and structure contact lists allowing sales representatives can focus on outreach and closing;

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team;

  • Assist in drafting quotes, proposals, and client documentation in collaboration with sales representatives;

  • Complete client forms and review sales contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness;

  • Create order files and validate all administrative elements before internal processing;

  • Coordinate the handoff and follow-up of files between Sales, Service & Installation, and Finance;

  • Support the full customer order value chain from initial request to final handoff;

  • Follow up internally to ensure tasks, documents, and next steps are progressing as expected.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and data quality across all sales activities

  • Support the management of the sales inbox and route requests as needed;

  • Assist sales representatives with follow-ups and client communications when required;

  • Help keep CRM data up to date and reliable for pipeline tracking;

  • Support preparation of internal documents and reports;

  • Participate in improving sales processes and tools to increase team efficiency;

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Engineering) as needed;

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales coordination efforts

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or similar role;

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

  • High level of autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail;

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred);

  • Experience using prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.);

  • Strong research and data analysis capabilities;

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple departments;

  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership;

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment;

  • English required (spoken and written); French is an asset.
