About the role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and grow multiple client accounts for a creative visual communications agency. You will be responsible for managing 5–10 social media profiles, ensuring daily engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. The position requires a proactive approach to content planning, community management, and performance analysis, all while collaborating closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both French and English, with a passion for digital trends and a commitment to delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Deliverables
- Develop and implement structured monthly content strategies tailored to each client account
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely creation and delivery of visual assets
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across all assigned platforms
- Monitor and respond promptly to messages, comments, and community interactions
- Engage with client communities to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty
- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly performance reports for each account
- Maintain organized documentation and workflow processes using Notion and Google Workspace
- Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Advanced proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and drive community engagement
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance reporting
- Availability for 35–40 hours per week
