Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Country Growth & Marketing Manager II (Senior Director) to lead the country growth agenda for a leading global retail organization. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across both physical and digital channels. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in retail commercial strategy, business growth, and executive leadership within a large-scale retail environment. This role requires a visionary leader who can shape long-term business strategy while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the country growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and profitable business growth. Lead the commercial and marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning and market competitiveness. Serve as a key member of the Country Management Team, contributing to strategic planning and overall business performance. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to accelerate sustainable growth across retail and digital channels. Drive an omnichannel strategy that delivers a seamless and consistent customer experience. Strengthen customer-centric initiatives that enhance brand loyalty and market penetration. Lead country development initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams to execute strategic priorities. Oversee the integration of marketing, commercial operations, digital platforms, and customer experience initiatives. Build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven culture. Champion innovation, operational excellence, succession planning, and talent development across the organization. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, business growth, marketing, or retail leadership. Minimum 10 years of people leadership experience, including leading senior management teams. Proven track record of driving profitable growth within large, complex retail organizations. Strong expertise in commercial strategy, customer experience, brand management, and omnichannel retail. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term strategic initiatives while delivering measurable business results. Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing large-scale business operations. Ability to lead transformational change within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Preferred Experience Experience working with leading global retail brands such as H&M, Zara, Decathlon, or other multinational retail organizations. Deep understanding of retail operations, commercial excellence, customer engagement, and market development. Experience leading cross-functional teams within a global or multi-site retail environment is highly preferred.
