Team members help deliver an extraordinary guest experience in a welcoming, inclusive environment where “our house is your house.” Role Description This full-time, on-site Bingo Caller role is based at Rama Gaming House in Mississauga, ON. The Bingo Caller is responsible for announcing bingo numbers clearly and accurately, engaging guests, and maintaining the pace and flow of each game. Daily tasks include preparing game materials, confirming winning cards, explaining game rules, and coordinating with floor staff to support players and resolve questions. The role also involves monitoring the gaming environment for safety and fairness, providing courteous customer service, and assisting with promotional events or special bingo sessions. The Bingo Caller works as part of a team to uphold house standards, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and contribute to an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills, with clear diction and confident presence. Customer service and hospitality skills, including a friendly demeanor, patience, and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally. Attention to detail and basic numeracy skills to announce numbers accurately, verify winning cards, and follow game procedures. Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other staff members and management in a fast-paced gaming environment. Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks during busy sessions, and maintain focus over extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by gaming operations. Previous experience in entertainment, gaming, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an asset. Knowledge of or interest in bingo and charitable gaming, and a commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace.
