As part of that growth, we’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator (6-month contract) This fixed- term position will support a critical period for our Supply Chain team, and future opportunities may be evaluated as our business continues to grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics, international shipping, customs documentation, purchasing, and supply chain operations within a fast- paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do As Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

-Coordinate daily shipments with transportation partners and monitor delivery performance

  • Prepare and manage customs documentation for cross-border shipments into the United States
  • Monitor customer portals to ensure shipping documentation, confirmations, and delivery updates are accurate and complete
  • Investigate and resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues -Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and external carriers to support smooth execution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives as we refine and strengthen our logistics processes
  • Provide backup support to Purchasing, gaining exposure to procurement and supplier management

What Were Looking For We’re looking for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to learn. You may be a great fit if you have:

-Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, International Business, or a related field

  • Strong proficiency in Excel is highly desired. -Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, customer service, or supply chain (an asset, not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort using Microsoft Excel and general business systems
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage 300) or customer portals is an asset
  • Exposure to customs documentation or cross-border shipping is an asset
