- Proven product management experience at a Senior level, with a clear focus in fintech or related industry
- Experience scaling products from 0 to 1 (and beyond)

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of our Product Manager (Fintech) department
- Fintech is one of the fastest-growing parts of Jobber, and a core strategic priority for us as a company. We're investing in this growing area because we believe embedding financial tools within our product deepens our ability to help small businesses be successful
- Whether it’s helping small businesses get paid using Jobber Payments, getting access to capital to invest in growth, or offering financing to our customers’ customers - we believe small business owners should have seamless access to financial tools that allow them to thrive
- Simply put, we care much more about our customers than any financial institution ever will. That’s our superpower
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Fintech, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Jobber’s newest financial services product
- Our fintech products are designed to help small service businesses thrive and succeed in managing their finances, from getting paid to accessing capital
- We are looking for a strong product leader to tackle a new problem space and build the next big financial product we offer
- This is an opportunity to build a business, not just a feature, with a clear mandate to innovate, differentiate, and scale zero to one
- Lead end-to-end product development for a new financial services product, as well as manage an existing feature at scale
- Own product discovery and delivery from strategy to execution, aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and marketing
- Define and execute the roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation
- Deeply understand your business, synthesizing market, regulatory, and customer data into smart product decisions
- Prioritize user and business impact, ensuring every product decision drives value for Jobber’s small business customers
- Act as the voice of the customer, especially for small business owners trying to balance their back office admin with doing their craft
- Set the foundation for a strategy in an entirely new problem space, acting as the resident expert within the company
