• Participating in Expert Labs engagements covering various phases of design, integration, implementation, migration and production support.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of related project artifacts related to the engagement and delivery of the projects.
• Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in navigating the available data and IBM teams to find answers and present solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM teams.

Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• B.S. in M.I.S., Business/Communications with a STEM minor, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering.
• Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science, information systems or engineering concepts.
• Strong development skills.
• Strong skills in the disciplines of AI and ML.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Strong data manipulation skills.
• Process Automation.
• IT Observability.
• Experience in Agile software environments is a plus.
