Role Summary
PTW is seeking a certified JourneymanElectrician to join our team in Alberta. This role involves maintenance and industrial oil field instrumentation work in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced in troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and industrial oil field instrumentation work Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations Complete required job documentation, reports, and maintenance records accurately Work collaboratively with supervisors, project teams, and other trades Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications / Requirements
Certified JourneymanElectrician required Minimum 5 years of maintenance and industrial oil field instrumentation experience Oil and gas industry experience is an asset Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as within a team environment Reliable and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Excellent communication skills Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety Valid safety certifications required: H2S Alive Standard First Aid Fall Protection AWP Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits
