Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Person who is motivated and able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. We offer an excellent training program to help you develop to your highest potential.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Provides sales support for Inside Sales Executives.
- Prospects, organizes and facilitates the distribution of company information to new accounts.
- Follows up on quotes, prospects with existing account base.
- Updates customer database and logs relevant information.
- Grows sales through constant contact within existing account base and prospecting.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years? experience in sales or customer service
- Experience in the electrical/manufacturing industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
