About The Role Essity is looking for an experienced Contract Support Specialist who is Responsible for the administration of all support data / additional data required to be provided for customers related to service and logistics set up and public tenders additional data support.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Oakville, ON Canada.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop, install, and analyze procedures and guidelines to provide timely an effective administrative support for the end to end tender and bid process
- Provide timely and effective support to the sales team for more complex activities and inquiries regarding customer contracts
- Input Contract details in the SAP system
- Coordination of the central contact for the preparation of extensive contracts and tenders.
- Coordination and communication with the relevant departments, in particular the sales representative, Legal, Marketing.
- Assessment of the importance of the request for quotation in close collaboration with the responsible KAM / AM.
- Bid processing process plan and its timely adherence
Required Skills & Experience
- SAP and Advanced Excel Experience
- Ability to identify continuous improvements opportunities
- Significant level of subject matter expertise already reached - Knowledge of tender support administration showcasing due diligence, accuracy and speed of response
- Analytical skills, data orientation and strong administrative skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Collaboration, Time Management, Adaptability, Continuous Improvement mindset
- Bilingual in English and French Language are a must
- Experience using a CRM system.

Compensation and Benefits: Expected Compensation $66,000 - $83,000 annual salary range + annual incentive bonus + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
