The Role
As a Director, Revenue Technology & AI, you’ll play a hands-on role in solving meaningful problems, driving outcomes, and contributing directly to Solink’s growth. You'll collaborate across teams and be trusted to take ownership - because we believe great ideas come from everywhere.

What You’ll Do

Technology Strategy & Governance
- Own the vision, roadmap, and governance model for Solink’s revenue technology stack (CRM, CPQ, CS platforms, marketing automation, BI tools, integrations).
- Ensure seamless integration of systems, data, and workflows across GTM functions.
- Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies aligned to business needs and scalability.

AI & Automation Leadership
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to enhance productivity (forecasting, pipeline health, lead scoring, deal desk automation, customer insights).
- Partner with GTM leaders to identify and prioritize use cases where AI creates measurable impact.
- Build a framework for ethical and effective AI governance within revenue operations.

Operational Excellence
- Lead a team of RevTech professionals, ensuring high performance, alignment, and continuous development.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Marketing leadership to streamline processes, reduce friction, and scale best practices.
- Establish clear KPIs to measure technology effectiveness, adoption, and ROI.

Data Integrity & Insights
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and governance of GTM data across systems.
- Partner with Analytics to provide actionable insights and self-service dashboards to GTM leaders.
- Improve data accessibility for decision-makers while maintaining compliance and security standards.
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or RevTech leadership roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and integration with adjacent systems (e.g., Marketo/HubSpot, Gainsight, Outreach, BI tools).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system implementations and migrations (Salesforce migration experience is a plus).
- Excellent project management, stakeholder alignment, and change management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.

- Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
