Position Description
Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary projects across TBTE’s diverse divisions while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. Apply strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company quality systems. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project teams while fostering effective collaboration across multiple Engineering disciplines.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects spanning TBTE’s diverse divisions, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and resources.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, facilitating collaboration and effective communication between divisions and project teams.
- Develop, review, and approve project plans, specifications, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate staff, supporting their professional growth.
- Contribute to proposal development, business development initiatives, and client relationship management.
- Contribute to proposal development and business development initiatives through client engagement and leadership.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Project Management and coordination skills, supported by a degree in Engineering, Earth Science, Management, or a related discipline, with certification as a Project Management Professional (P.M.P) from the Project Management Institute or equivalent preferred. The role requires 10+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects, including experience leading diverse teams across multiple engineering disciplines. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations. Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and regulatory requirements is essential, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality results while mentoring and developing team members.
This position is classified as full time. Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications ($108,160.00 per year +).
