The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is seeking a 0.5 FTE Part-time Contract (September, 2025 - December 31, 2025) Program Assistant in the Red Rock, Ontario District Office. Reporting to the Manager of Oral Health & District Offices, the Program Assistant provides various clerical services supporting Public Health programs. Working in a multi-disciplinary environment, the Program Assistant performs those functions as related to the daily operations and delivery of the Programs, ensuring that discretion and confidentiality are maintained at all times. Occasional travel within the the district to be deemed necessary. Must have access to a vehicle for transportation purposes*.*
