Accountabilities

In this role, you will support analytical initiatives that help teams make informed decisions and improve business performance. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting provincial and business-level decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and insights. Preparing, validating, and analyzing datasets for recurring reports and ad hoc business requests. Enhancing reports by identifying trends, performance drivers, and actionable recommendations. Translating analytical findings into clear business narratives that help stakeholders understand opportunities and challenges. Collaborating with experienced analytics professionals to contribute to projects that impact strategic priorities. Applying curiosity and critical thinking to identify emerging patterns and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented student with a strong interest in analytics, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making. Required qualifications and skills include: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or related field, with third-year standing or higher. Strong interest in using data and analytics to solve business problems and support strategic decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using additional analytical tools considered an asset. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to communicate insights clearly through written and verbal communication. Curiosity, adaptability, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
