Experience
Recent graduate or 1-2 years of professional experience in account coordination, client services, project coordination, administration, marketing, or a similar role Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is preferred Demonstrated academic achievement, internships, extracurricular leadership, or other examples of initiative are considered strong assets Experience balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Experience creating professional presentations, reports, or client-facing materials is an asset Agency experience is considered a strong asset but is not required Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is beneficial but not essential

As an Account Coordinator, your core responsibilities will be
Client Coordination & New Business Support Support inbound inquiries and help coordinate discovery meetings with prospective clients Prepare internal notes and relevant background information ahead of discovery meetings Participate in discovery calls, capture detailed notes, identify action items, and coordinate follow-up activities Maintain accurate and organized opportunity tracking within Asana and internal systems Support the day-to-day flow of new business opportunities to ensure they move forward efficiently Presentation & Proposal Development
Use existing master templates to build polished, visually compelling program outlines and client presentations Collaborate with senior team members to tailor presentations and supporting materials to prospective client needs Bring a strong design-forward mindset to deck creation, ensuring materials are professional, organized, aesthetically strong, and client-ready Assist with updating and maintaining presentation templates and supporting collateral as needed
Post-Sale Coordination
Support the post-sale onboarding and ticketing process to ensure smooth project transitions Set up new client accounts and project workflows within Asana Coordinate internal handoffs between business development and operations teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and client expectations Help ensure all required information is communicated clearly and accurately between internal teams
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings and follow-ups
Help maintain organized documentation, meeting records, and supporting materials Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and internal processes Support additional coordination and operational needs across the team as required

Here’s a snapshot of what comes with joining our team
Competitive base salary range: TIA reasonably expects to offer a salary between $50,000 – $58,000 for this role. The actual offer is based on experience, skills, and role alignment. Progressive compensation with meaningful bonus potential. Ongoing professional development: up to $1,000/year for industry education, plus internal continuous learning initiatives A transit-accessible office with free onsite parking (first come, first serve!) Comprehensive health benefits through RBC after probation (health, dental, paramedical, mental health) Hybrid work model: three days in-office and two days from home Catered lunches three days per week plus lots of snacks at the office A generous time off package: 20 vacation days + a paid holiday cooldown period + extended long weekends Summer Fridays: wrap mid-afternoon from late May to early September
