Product Delivery Specialist 1 - FTT
Number of positions: 1 Job Location: Dunsmuir 05
Employment type: Temporary Region: Lower Mainland
Hours of work: Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Flexible Work Role: Remote
Annual salary: $ 70,800.00 - 76,300.00
What you'll do
- Plans, organizes and provides project oversight and leadership, operational product delivery management, administration
and organization for moderately complex energy management programs, products and services by: participating in program
and product development planning with Product Management and other EM department staff; developing, implementing,
monitoring and controlling delivery targets, costs, staff and resources; preparing and evaluating responses to Requests for
Proposal for external consultants/contractors; monitoring contract terms and conditions; and monitoring and following up to
revise delivery methods and resources as required to achieve planned performance and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develops and revises quality assurance, financial control, timelines, delivery operational requirements, approval and
related steps and processes; monitors and tracks process implementation to ensure consistency of approach, approvals,
accuracy of data and information for corporate reporting and load forecasting to ensure they meet desired targets; and
investigates and follows up to resolve delivery problems.
- Organizes and implements program launches in discussion and cooperation with development stakeholders such as:
developing contract terms and conditions; developing, designing and conducting internal and external program, product and
service operational and delivery training and familiarization; developing and implementing procedures and practice
guidelines, limits and options; responding to and resolving sales staff, customer, trade ally or supplier concerns and
questions; and preparing in-progress and summary reports related to achievement of sales targets.
- Provides work leadership over lower-level EM team members; provides technical guidance, coordination and direction to
staff participation in the operational delivery of assigned programs, products and services.
- Liaises with external contractors/consultants, marketing, financial, technical and administrative staff to monitor, review and
resolve budgetary, cost control, credit, technical issues, problems and concerns; and reviews and approves delivery related
approvals and invoices to assigned authority level.
- Participates in various team meetings to develop and coordinate strategic marketing and sales direction, programs,
products, services, launch and operational plans, timing and performance targets.
- Analyzes requirements for and develops databases, report formats and parameters for and/or provides project
management and instructions to software developers/contractors to implement database changes.
- Performs minor duties related to the above duties that do not affect the rating of the job.
What you bring
- Degree in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration, Marketing or Economics; AND two (2) years of
experience in the Product Representative or related role with demonstrated experience in providing program, product or
service delivery planning, development, oversight and support for complex programs, products or services.
OR
- Diploma in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration or Marketing: AND three (3) years of experience in a
Product Representative or related role with demonstrated experience in providing program, product or service delivery
planning, development, oversight and support for complex programs, products or services.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications in good standing such as PMI Project Management Ready, Certified
Associate in Project Management (CAPM); or working towards a Project Management Professional (PMP) considered an
asset.
- Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) certification in good standing such as AEE Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or
equivalent considered an asset.

Works in a normal office environment with occasional overnight travel required. Occasional site inspections to verify
installed equipment is required.

work up to four days per week from home.
